putting tpl_categories_css.php into tpl_header?
I want to include the css categories sidebox into my header - so that I can have a dropdown menu.
I know that it should go into this area:
<!--bof-optional categories tabs navigation display-->
<?php require($template->get_template_dir('tpl_modules_categories_tabs.php',DIR_WS_TEMPLATE, $current_page_base,'templates'). '/tpl_modules_categories_tabs.php'); ?>
<!--eof-optional categories tabs navigation display-->
the css sidebox is located at shop/templates/MYTEMPLATE/sideboxes/tpl_categories_css.php
I just am not sure how to put it into there... any help is appreciated.

no need to touch the files....go to admin > config > layout settings > Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF > set to " 1 "

I can't directly answer your question in the new version of zencart, but I have integrated the suckerfish menu into 1.2.7 in the past.
Re: putting tpl_categories_css.php into tpl_header?
If you do what I suggested in my earlier post and load your site and view source you will find something like this:
Code:
<!--eof-header logo and navigation display-->
<!--bof-optional categories tabs navigation display-->
<div id="navCatTabsWrapper">
<div id="navCatTabs">
<ul>
<li><a class="category-top" href="http://www.your_domain.com//index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1&zenid=de0654bf9dccfcb3707a78e881887385">Category1 </a> </li>
<li><a class="category-top" href="http://www.Your_Domain.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=2&zenid=de0654bf9dccfcb3707a78e881887385">Category2 </a> </li>
and others
Now in your tpl_header.php you can apply the sucker-fish or sons-of-sucker-fish coding to the dynamic creator(s) for these listings.
