This USPS shipping module can be used on the PRODUCTION server after USPS turns on the new Service Name changes for July 28, 2013, providing USPS has updated their Production Server.
Until then, the TEST SERVER can be used.

NOTE: A small bug related to selecting First Class for checkout was found and fixed, and has been uploaded as Version J
