problem with Paypal Express 1.3.9d
I have updated to the newest 1.3.9d.
But I still have problem with Paypal Express
May customers who are saying they cannot check out. with following message
1.) Address is not confirm, please try again. (while their shipping address in their paypal account is a confirmed address.)
2.) When they check out, they get kick back to the "sign in" screen.
Is there any similar problem with anyone who use paypal express?
Re: problem with Paypal Express 1.3.9d
additional information. I also have customers telling me that Paypal saying their address is not confirm
But they are from outside of US. and I believe all address oustside of US are unconfirmed. I checked with paypal. My account does accept all payment even with unconfirm address.
So I am not sure if there is some kind of step i am missing to let customer with unconfirm international address to pay with paypal express?
Re: problem with Paypal Express 1.3.9d
There is a setting in the Paypal module to require confirmed addresses. Set it to no
Express Checkout: Require Confirmed Address
Do you want to require that your (not-logged-in) customers use a *confirmed* address when choosing their shipping address in PayPal?
(this is ignored for logged-in customers)
Yes
No

I'm in the process of upgrading from 1.3.8 to 1.3.9f and this appears new. How can I make it require confirmed address for logged in customers as well?

It's not new. Nothing's changed with that logic since v1.3.7 when it was added.

I got this erorr regardless of the setting. I finally gave up out of frustration and use Paypal Standard instead. I have users getting bounced right back to the login page. It just kept redirecting over and over.
