I am getting the orders through our email account but they no longer show up in our Customers - Orders area. Any ideas?
What payment module ?
PayPal Express only - it didn't account for 5 orders in the admin and for some odd reason started working again this morning. I was lucky in that the 5 lost orders did get sent to my email address so we can still process them...but what could have taken place? We have not changed anything in the past 2 months
Hey Stevesh....it shows the order in the am....and within an hour kicks it out and I see no records in my SQL database through PHP My Admin of where it even was in the first place?
I figured it out. Someone had back doored the site using localhost to gain entry and change the PayPal express payment to their PayPal account.
Now to get those 6 customers to file claims through PayPal against said parties as fraud and we are going to pursue it to the fullest extent on our end.
Not surprised, given that the VERY OLD version of Zen Cart you're using has well-known security vulnerabilities in it. Time to do a THOROUGH cleanup and an upgrade.
