WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again

Hi There,

The system allows me to create a coupon but if I try to send/email a coupon or Mail a Gift Certificate I get the following error;

"WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again."

Seems like when it tries to access the customer database it errors.

I imported the customer table and orders into the new database. All seems to be fine elsewhere but just the Certificates and Coupons ?

Any help would be great, thanks

Um, that kind of import is a BAD IDEA. Customer data is contained in SEVERAL tables, not just the one named "customers". And order data is contained in SEVERAL tables, not just the one named "orders".

Your error message is specifically caused by a database error that's occurring, probably because of damaged data.
