can't change my configure.php

I have an ugly error at top

I change it to 444 in my FTP and i get 550: could not change permissions is configure.php - Bad File Description...:schmoll:

Try using your hosting control panel to change the permission.

my host does not have a file mannager, only FTP

done it. I had to change the file name to something else, then make it 444, then rename it back
