Calculate Attributes into Price Before Add to Cart

Hello All,

I am looking for a module that can calculate pricing on the fly based on the attributes for the customer (I believe it needs to be a javascript function)
Example of case
On Network Solutions E-Commerce If I add attributes to the product it will take all the attributes and their pricing and then calculate the total based on current selection.

ZenCart currently does calculate the amount EXCLUDING that is does it after the add to cart button is clicked... Is there a way to do it on the fly?

If this module is already in existence please let me know, and if not I don't mind PAYING for a module to be built depending on the price of the module.
