New Install won't move on from Store Setup

Hi
Can someone enlighten me on this. On a production server I am installing the latest Zencart version. Everything was fine until Store Setup, I added the info, clicked on the "Save Store Settings" and it comes straight back to that page, no errors and my info gone from the fields showing the defaults and won't let me go further...

You could spend days trying to figure out what weird server configuration is causing that.
Did you ignore any orange or red warning alerts on the System Inspection page?

If you're confident there are no server-related configuration problems, then just skip that section and go directly to your admin area and set the details in Admin->Configuration->My Store. Your admin access details will be: Admin / admin (case-sensitive)
You can change admin's in Admin->Tools->Admin Settings

I didn't have any red warning signs on system config inspection, but did have a few orange. Those warnings were due to the host running PHP as a CGI app and not module.

I have read and acted upon the info in the Zencart forum in regards to CGI and feel it may cause me some grief, although the host says it will work fine.

Thanks Dr Byte for the work around. It all appears okay after adding products and a fair bit of testing. I suppose time will tell.
