Hi,
I have just done a fresh install. I think during the installation I had not put in the correct values for virtual and physical paths.
I uploaded all the files in /store directory.
How do I change it so that when I type in www.tsongo.com it goes to www.tsongo.com/store ?
If you put the files into the /store folder, then your Zen Cart setup is fine, and you need to set up a redirect in your hosting setup.
This should be able to be setup in your Control Panel ...
Talk to your hosting site if you need help setting this up ...
Or, you could just move all your files up a folder and repoint Zen Cart to the new location:

Spoke to my hosting company and they pointed the domain to my store folder.
