Orders placed after 5

Greetings,
We ship our products with our own trucks (buyers are strictly local). But, in order for us to load the trucks in a timely manner, all orders for the next day must be placed prior to 4:30. If a buyer makes a purchase after 4:30, I would like for that order to be setup for 2 days in advance.
EX: Today is the 1st.
Buyer 1: order placed at 12:30 - shipment date: April 2
Buyer 2: order placed at 4:45 - shipment date: April 3
Is there a way to do this in Zen?

What Shipping Method(s) are you using now?

You could clone them for the different times and set them to run based on the time ...
