Where do I go to actually edit the links in the IMPORTANT LINKs box?

admin panel/ tools/ define page editor/
- click on drop down box
- Page 2, Page 3 or Page 4
Thank you, but that's not the box I'm talking about...the box I want to edit the links in is at the top right of the page.
It's not in the same place as where I would edit "page 2, page 3" etc.
The default links in the box are
* My Link
* Anything
* Site Map
* Shared
* Gift Certificates

That's the EZpages sidebox. The links are the names of the individual EZpages.
