Make IH4 apply watermark to additional product images
Greetings,
I am using Image Handler 4 which is configured and applies watermark to my products' main images. I have the additional_product_images plugin which helps me upload images directly to the "general_document" articles I create. Everything works great, but the problem is that my additional product images don't have watermark. How can I fix this?
I am currently studying Zen Cart's code and plugins, though I am a developer myself. I will have probably found the solution by the time someone answers, but I think it is supposed to be a one-minute solution.
Thanks in advance!

Not to derail what you're doing, but you know about IH5, correct?

Yes, I do. Does it offer this specific option? If not, then this does not exactly help me. Thanks for the answer anyway!

While some of the code logic has/had changed, basically the "rules" have been, IH will handle an image (including applying a watermark) if any of the following are true: the filename includes the default large or medium extension in it, or if the size of the image of both width and height is defined as the width and height for a small image. Otherwise, it's just a generic image and no handling is performed.
So, your additional images would need to be coded to either use the small image size or have in their filename one of the medium or large extensions. Oh, and the image has to be processed through the ZC image processing or else needs to rely/call the IH image handler portion(s).
The software overall has been reworked in IH5 and from the code I was perusing there are areas that remain the same as before in IH4, but also some logic changes here and there.
