How to change the number of products shown on categories page?

How can i change the number of products shown on categories page

Exactly where do you mean? Bit more info is needed please.

for example on this page , there are 8 products listed and to view the rest the visitor has to click "Next " for next page. I want to show up to 16 products per page.
