Order not Generated while Using CCAvenue Payment Gateway

Hello,
I have recently registered with CCAvenue for Payment Gateway for INR.
During My Test Order every thing worked. However Today on My first Live Run I have started getting problems.
No Order is generated while using this module.
The problem is when a customer confirms order and goes to the CCAvenue Payment page, after the payment process it takes a very very long time to return back to the checkout success page. What I assume is after making the payment through the gateway, the customer does not wait to return to the website and navigates away.

Please let me know How do I resolve the same. I have no details of what the customer had ordered for.
