Shipping estmator stoped working

Running 1.5.1 Zen Cart.

Shipping estimator shows Free Shipping, even when a product is set to:
Always Free Shipping: No, Normal Shipping Rules!

Shipping modules installed are Free Shipping Options, FREE SHIPPING! and Table Rate.

A link to the site would help.

It's a good thing that some of us here have incredible psychic abilities then :)

I have a vision that says you've enabled the Free Shipping Option (freeoptions) module, but haven't yet configured it and it still shows
Free Shipping when Total >= 0.00

If my vision is incorrect you'll either need to seek advice from another psychic, or possibly provide a little more information so that we can resort to the tried and true method of using our powers of deduction. :)

I have same problem,
When I try to using the shipping estimator,
It gone, and can not place the orders,
It works prefect with PayPal express checkout,
I just define a zone for USPS shipping( because it can not shipping international, now can show international, but not domestic)

I fixed this kind of problem before, could be zones' problem.
Any suggestion will be thanks a lot.

Check your /logs folder for error log files. Also, when I created an account on your site, the State filed is missing and you have the define constant as the heading. Possibly a template issue.

I did not find /logs file
The first time use zen cart almost three months ago, and there is no state information
I try few times, and make sure one thing, the shipping estimator can not show USPS rates, the usps version is 7/28/2013,
i call usps get all premissions but still not work,
I added jsloader recently before having this problem, this plugin need to replace two core files
