Browser Tab Titles?

I've got the favicon made and installed but having trouble changing the "Zencart, The Art of E-Commerce" to King Kong Hobbies on the main page. The Categories and Sub Cats are showing up correctly once the meta information is filled out. Not able to find how to edit or create meta information for the main page.
