cURL proxy problems on GoDaddy
My current setting -
curl
cURL support enabled
cURL Information libcurl/7.10.6 OpenSSL/0.9.7a ipv6 zlib/1.2.3
If the cURL proxy status = false
Currency update works but PayPal don't work
If the cURL proxy status = true
PayPal update works but currency update don't work
When If the cURL proxy status = true and do a currency update
error I get is -
cURL communication ERROR: Received error code 403 from proxy
Warning: The primary exchange rate server (oanda) failed for Singapore dollar (SGD) - trying the secondary exchange rate server.
cURL communication ERROR: Received error code 403 from proxy
The exchange rate for Singapore dollar (SGD) was updated successfully via xe.
Eventhough it says successful via xe, all the currency value will show "0".
I need currency update and PayPal to work? Can I change the code to use Proxy for PayPal and no proxy for currency update? If so which file??

If running a business....get away from "Mass Marketed" hosting and get sepcialized Business hosting.
