PayPal verified address in PayPal email and transaction record

Hi,

I am not using PayPal Website Payments Pro but I have a question regarding PayPal payment but not sure if this is the right place to post the question.

Currently if customers choose to pay using PayPal, their PayPal verified or confirmed addresses do not show up in the PayPal payment notification emails I received. When I check at PayPal's website, the transaction also does not show their postal addresses. Does anyone know how to make this show up? The PayPal confirm address is important to minimize the risk of fraudulent transactions. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
