Send copy of purchases to another database?

Hi, I am new to zen-cart. I would like to have zen-cart insert a record into another database (on same server) each time a sale occurs. I just need it to put into this database the product_id, the price, and the quantity sold. I tried looking at the code and google, but I just can't figure this out. I am familiar with php.


If someone could either provide the code, or tell me where in the code the orders are processed and recorded, I would appreciate it. Thank you
