USPS Flat Rate Shipping help needed

Hell there,

I sell candles and want to ship via flat rate box. I can fit 6 candles in a box which ships for $8.95 plus insurance costs. Therefore if a customer wants 7 candles it would take 2 flat rate boxes to ship their candles to them. And, they would then be charged for two flat rate boxes. Is there any way to set up the USPS shipping module to accommodate these needs for me? Please advise as my cart is shut down until this occurs.

I think I figured it out good enough using the staticlist and staticlist2 contributions. I think.
