zoneproblem over 2 kg??

I taught the shippingmodule was working but now I got a weird error. I use zone rates with weight (The prices are in NOK, Norwegian by the way)

US,CA,AR,AU,CL,CN,HK,JP,MX,

0.02:13,0.05:25,0.1:35,0.350:70,1000:160,2000:270,10000:492

Its all working fine up to 2 kg, (2000grams) I can't get it correct. :huh:When I add products exs 2.3 kg it shows the price for 1000 gram.
I swithed the 1000 and 2000 gram in the table and then it worked for 2000 but not for 1000. Its so weird.
I use the 1.3.9b and the build in zonemodule

Is anyone familiar with this problem and how I fix it?? :cry:

Also check the Maximum Weight ...

By default it is set to 50 ... this is a number not a true translation of grams to pounds ...

If you want to manage things for 2000 grams, you need the Maximum Weight set to 2000 or it will split the weight and make packages that weight 50 grams and use your 50 gram charge ...
