I have a client that wants to do manual card processing. ie: Customer places order and credit card is saved and can be viewed in admin to be manually processed.
Is there a way to do that with Zen Cart? Is that PCI Compliant? I would guess not but I haven't found anything stating one way or the other.

No need to delete- it's a good question that does come up now and again, and you have come up with the correct answer.
Manual card processing by storing some numbers and emailing others used to be ok but now it's really not, so it's discouraged.
