Error : website wants to open web content using this program

Hello all,

On IE9 I am getting the follwoing warning popup on my site every time I enter my website and/or click on a link;

"a website wants to open web content using this program on your computer".

The program in question is Adobe Flash Player.

Any help would be much appreciated.

This isn't related to the question you asked, but you've got something strange in your template.
This "../../template_default/common" stuff doesn't belong there.
