stylesheet css?

I was looking at a post

and i want to change the background and here is the solution

I've been ther in the past but I can not remember where I went to edit the .css file. can anyone help me on where it is?

thanks worked, tks man for refreshing my memory. I was in it back in july of 12 but forgot. It worked just fine for me. Now if I can just figure out the database patch I will have it made.
