Can't Get to Install Page (www.mydomain.com/store)

I have uploaded all the files from the zip folder, downloaded from Zen Carts website, to "/public_html" in its own folder called "/store". I have completed all the instructions up to "Set Permissions on Folders", but can't seem to access the "/store" section of my website URL (www(.)shoe solutions.ca/store), to get to the installer.

I uploaded the Zen Cart files using FileZilla, but I use Adobe Muse to design the website and use the built in FTP uploader to upload it.

Check this, especially the red part.
