Customer was able to use Free Charge Card
Not sure how this happened but it has happened twice in the last 24 hours.
I have an item for sale and 2 people have purchased it with no problem. It is a file but I don't have the file there. Instead, I email them the file after I get notice of their purchase. 2 people have purchased it with no problems but today I had two people purchase it and it let them use the Free Charge Card so it didn't charge them anything. I have it priced by attributes and I have tested it by going there and adding it to my shopping cart and it shows the correct total all the way through the checkout process. How in the world were two people able to purchase it and use the Free Charge Card ?

If you're not using the free charge card then un-install it by going to Admin>modules>shipping then no-one can use it ...... thats what I have done :D

Do you have a url to the product? Most Likely you have the attributes set up so that the product can be put in the cart WITHOUT having chosen a attribute. When this happens, if there is no base price it will allow the product to be placed in the cart with a price of zero and when the total in the cart is zero the free charge card is used as payment method.

I have a monthly freebie so I have to have the Free Charge Card installed for those.

It's the only product this has happened with and I have tested it several times by adding it to my shopping cart and going to checkout myself. It always shoes my shoppeing cart total to be 20.00 which is correct.

Because you are using a checkbox for the attribute - your customer can add the product to their cart without choosing the "non-exclusive - $20.00" - the product is then added to the cart with NO price.

Thanks Kim ! I am still trying to learn the attribute part of it all. :)
Here is how I had it set up.
When I first put the template up, I had two options for them to choose from
Exclusive - 60.00
and
Non-Exclusive - 20.00
I had both options there with checkboxes so they could check which one they wanted. If the template was purchased first as an exclusive then I would remove both options and put a SOLD on it.
It was first purchased as a non-exclusive, so I removed the option to purchase it as an exclusive but left the option to purchase it as a non-exclusive.
So, if I understand it right, now I need to either make the checkbox automatically selected or change it to a radio button. Right ? Or is there a better way to set it up ?

Or you can use selection box.

Since there is only one selection option, the program with auto-magically convert it to a radio button even if you chose a dropdown selection box. You do need to make sure it is configured as a required attribute.

I thought the Checkbox was a selection box ? So how would I set a selection box there ? It's not listed in my Option Type list.

Update: Ok, I think I have it worked out now.
I went back and created an option name of ZenCart Template.
I created two option values for that Option Name
Exclusive and Non-Exclusive - Both have Radio buttons.
Hopefully that will work . :)
