How to change rows from 3 to more?

This my website www.originalkickz.com and when you click on jordans and then click on jordan 1s, Jordan 2s whichever one you'll see that the rows are in 3s and I want to add more rows to display more products. Anyone know how to? I do know how to increase my columns from my admin, it's the rows that I want to know how to increase? Thanks

admin > config > maximum values > Products Listing- Number Per Page

Increase for your use in multiples of 3

So make it 12, 15, 18, etc
