1.3.9e URL Mapping and 404 page not found

[FONT="Verdana"]Hi we redirected URL using URL mapping. But all new URL shows 404 not found in v3c validator and Google webmaster.

v3c Validator result>>http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=ht...Inline&group=0

Can any one let me know possible reasons and solution?
