Text_order_steps_1

I am running zen 3.1.8a with applezen template.
I am still configuring my shop, and have yet to set up the payment modules but when I place an item in my basket and go to checkout (Step 1 of 3 - Delivery Information) I get TEXT_ORDER_STEPS_1 in black and TEXT_ORDER_STEPS_2TEXT_ORDER_STEPS_3 in grey showing above the delivery information.
Where can I configure the text, or failing that how can I hide it?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Those defines don't exist in a stock Zencart installation, so I'd guess you've installed one of the order steps mods. You'll need to check the files in that mod to make sure they're in the right place and not corrupted.
