Currency exchange rate wrong after doing update

Hi, I am using ECB to update the exchange rate. However, the rate seems not updated...

After I pressed the update button, the latest rate by ECB is 1 usd = 0.79781175 Euro

But it should be around 0.757831!

Is there any default add up on the rate? Or I missed something?
