Help - Where to install Livehelp Kayako Html code on sidebox?

Hi,

I just reload Kayako SupportSuite and Ratepoint.com. The problem they provide the HTML button.

I tried to search around the forums and find the way to insert it on index.php but my knowledge don't allow to do that.

Someone could help me to insert it on some side box?
