Stock by Attributes Quantity in Stock not updating

I installed the Stock by Attributes to zen cart 1.3.7.1.

When a person checks out the Quantity in Stock for that particular product/attribute is not decreasing. I have set the Subtract stock in Admin Stock to True and have set the Allow Checkout to false.

Any idea why the Quantity in Stock is not updating/decreasing? This is causing problems with customers as well as not updating my stock. Any help is much appreciated!!!
