product detail page - how to disable navigation buttons?

Hi

on my product detail page I have couple of buttons to allow navigation (previous listing next)... may I know how to disable them...? also I want to disable count of product (on the top of button set where it says Product 2/2)

Admin --> Configuration --> product Info

Previous Next - Button and Image Status set it to "0"
