How do I replace SOLD OUT Images with text?
I want to replace the Sold Out images with text, where would I do that? Is it possible? Where is the sold out image code? When I look in the code I can see where the buy now button is generated, and I know that the sold out button shows when the quantity is 0, but I do not see where the variable is changed to get the different images. I figure that if i could find that location, I could replace it, but I cannot seem to trace it.
Any help would be very much appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
-Dave
Re: How do I replace SOLD OUT Images with text
search includes/functions/functions_general.php for BUTTON_IMAGE_SOLD_OUT
Re: How do I replace SOLD OUT Images with text
Looking at that function it appears it's impossible to provide a "how many do you want to buy" box without the possibility of an "Out of Stock" image appearing.
Which means virtual products can't sensibly be bought????
They are never out of stock.
I'm sure I'm missing something important here.

Re: How do I replace SOLD OUT Images with text
To add to my previous post (there's no "edit" function in these forums  ),
it looks like showing the "Sold Out" indication depends on a constant called SHOW_PRODUCTS_SOLD_OUT_IMAGE, but where can I change it's setting?
I've used the developers tool kit to look for it, it's found six places in the code, all of which read not write it.
:(

Admin->Configuration->Stock->Show Sold Out Image in place of Add to Cart

Many thanks.
Is there an easy way to make this product type specific, or will I have to get down and dirty with the php?
