Secure Server Cert after installation

I have had my cart up and running and now have purchased the Secure Server Certificate. I run on Aplus.net Unix hosting.

I followed the direction on the FAQ but when I "go to checkout" my URL still shows that I am in http not https.

I made the changes to sdmin/includes/config.php that FAQ says to make.

What else do I need to do. This is my site.
