Email - Office Use Only on order emails

Hi,

Normally when a customer signs up and received the welcome email, we also receive a copy. In that copy there is also "Office Use Only" (EXTRA_INFO) which appears only for us to see.

So it works, but the problem I'm having is when a customer orders from us, we receive a copy of the order with "Office Use Only" but are missing the fields: "From" and "Email". These fields do appear in the welcome email though.

Any help would be much appreciated. :)

Because the copy you are receiving is from your own shop. (You therefore know where it's coming from.) Beneath that are details of the relevant customer, so you have a quick ref to these if you need them...

Yeah I realise that, but I'm just being anal and want everything being consistent.

So is there a way to fill in those fields?
