Products Disappear With Global Tabbed Pro

Hi,
I have a zencart Christmas store with the latest version of zencart and installed tabbed products pro successfully. Then I tried to install the extra global custom warranty tab i need that comes with the add-on download and all my products disappear, there is nothing left but the header and dropdown bar.
I have apple zen template and wonder if this is the issue?
I tried to install it five times and then tried the other shipping estimator tab from the forum and still the same thing.
I have searched the forum for 3 days and it seems noone else encounters this problem.
I have replaced the original file straight away to have my products showing again.
I would appreciate any help with this ( in real basic terms as I don't know about any coding)
