Paymate - No shipping cost tranfers

i was reading through the forums I found one post that would fix this problem but the links do not work. So I hope you can help and point me in the right direction.
When I make test payments with paymate it only takes over the subtotal.....It will not take the postage charge over......There was a file that was used to fix this by re adding it to the paymate module but as I say those links didn't work.
I'm sorry if this question gets posted alot but I really can't find the solution in the forums.
