Hi.
I want to add a logo and some info about when product will be shipped in the order confirmation email. Where can I add that?
And ive done test purchases in my shop, and i noticed that the order confirmation emails are text even though i set in the admin area to send html..

The default setting for customers receiving email is TXT. This is selected when customers REGISTER, so even if you have set your ZC to send using HTML, if a customer chose TXT (the default), they will receive TXT.
Log into "My Account" for your test customer (yourself), and in the "My Account" settings, change the email setting from TXT to HTML. Then do a test order.
You can change the default setting to HTML in:-
ADMIN>>> CONFIGURATION>>>CUSTOMER DETAILS>>>CUSTOMER DEFAULT EMAIL PREFERENCES... (Set to " 1 ").
The LOGO that heads a HTML email resides in the "email" folder in the root of your ZC installation and is titled "header.jpg". It should be 550px wide and about 50px deep.
I have the same problem: there is no image in my order confirmation. But my header.jpg is in size 540x140 pixels. Where should I make changes so that header in size 540x140 could be shown?
I am on the new zencart 1.5 and have done the changes, but when I test my order it still arrives as a text email with no logo.
PLEASE help!!!
I am having this problem... I have already changed the header.jpg file to my own personal log and the order confirmation emails still display the zen cart logo. Anything I am missing here? (zc 1.5) :blink:Quote:

Is it something to do with hotlink protection on the site - and if so how can I enable linking just for emails?
I can answer my own question - turning off hotlink protection allowed the header to show.
