CAPTCHA Error: Session not started. The CAPTCHA cannot be used!
I have a joomla 3.2 site and a zencart 1.5.0 store. When I click on the link that goes to the contact us page in zencart this message shows: "CAPTCHA Error: Session not started. The CAPTCHA cannot be used!" If I reload the page the contact us page shows and no more problems, however a new customer doesn't know to do this! Is there a way to disable the captcha on the contact us page. I'm not interested in having it, and hope that it will solve this issue.

There is no CAPTCHA built-in to Zen Cart, so it must be coming from a plugin you've installed.
(The latest ZC version uses a different anti-spam approach instead of those unfriendly captchas.)
You have various options:
a) remove the plugin if you no longer need it
b) turn off the plugin if it has a switch/setting in the Admin for doing that
c) post a question for help with it in that plugin's existing Support Thread so that the author and other users of that plugin know that you've got a question about it, and so they can respond
