Email Error: SMTP Error: Data not accepted.

I'm having problems with sending emails from zencart. i get this error when i send a email:

Email Error: SMTP Error: Data not accepted.

I can successfully send a email to myself. However when i tried to send it to any of my customers. I get that error. I have tried using every other option to send emails and none worked.

I pay yahoo.com for my hosting and i'm using my aol.com email address. I'm not to familair with programming zencart but if someone can give me directions i can follow them.

Also my Contact Us page doesnt send us any emails. And the customers are getting error messages when they try to send us things.
