Can i change an Oscommerce template to a zencart template?

I wanted to know if it is posaible to change an Oscommerce template to a zencart template?

Not very easily....
OSC is mostly table based and Zen Cart is mostly converted to a more semantic code.
The design can be copied/ported but not the code

Im a die hard zen cart users but I just saw a oscommerce template that I liked but sounds like its not worth it thanks
