I've been trying to figure out how to add more "ROWS" to my layout.

Right now I only have 2 rows, but I'd like 5 rows so I can have a total of 25 images showing up on the page?
Please advise.

admin > configuration > maximum values ... Products Listing- Number Per Page.
At present you have it at the default of 10 so with 5 per row.....
BTW, your site is very broken in Firefox ... which really means that there are errors which IE is ignoring. You should really set up in firefox and adjust for IE, and there's a "mod" in the downloads that allows the easy use of IE specific stylesheets.
