Ok I will see if my server admins can upgrade php to 5.3.28.
Using 5.3.28 will not affect anything else on the site? I have not built this site and have simply taken over for maintenance. From what I can tell there has been a lot of custom work so I'm not sure if upgrading Zen Cart is an option.
I am not positive on that it has been quite some time since I tested v1.3.9h with various flavors of php ...
The good news is, that v1.3.9h can be made to run with php 5.3.28 ... and technically made to run with php 5.5 (with a lot more work and that would be strongly recommended for Zen Cart v1.5.4) ...
You v1.39h will probably need some fixing with php 5.3.28 and I think if you hunt around for it there is a thread(s) explaining how to do this but I do not have time to hunt it down for you right now ...
We can upgrade php to 5.2.2 - I know you recommended a minimum of 5.3.28, does that mean 5.2.2 won't work?
Rumor has it, json_decode will work with php v5.2 ...
I *think* your Zen Cart will be unaffected by that without any issues ... but I cannot swear to it ... :lookaroun
Ok great! Thanks for your assistance - you've been very helpful
You are most welcome ...
Let us know when this is work 100% for you!
