Hello members,
I recently upgraded my cart from v1.3.9h to v1.5.5e. I am using the Cherry Zen template and the two problems I'm having are:
1) I cannot get any template at all to load, no matter which one I select.
2) Cherry Zen background on the "product" page is blue where it should be white, in the description area.
The front page displays the template correctly, but the product pages don't. I went as far as re-uploading/installing the Cherry Zen template but nothing has changed as of yet.
Any help with the two issues above will be greatly appreciated. In the meantime, I'll keep searching for some answers.

There have been a whole lot of changes in the ecommerce world since last this template was updated. MySql, PHP, and ohter items can be affecting your previous settings tremendously.
It's really a great time to move up to responsive vs "fluid" as a template choice.
Try adding the color change mod to the respsonsive classic, use lat9's clone a template to create a new one with your name, and modify the result to fit your needs.
The benefits are:
Color Change Mod allows easier color manipulation, Clone a Template gives you a copy of the Changed Responsive to "play" with while the Responsive/Color Change remains to fall back on as you make the new template your own.

Great template, I'd like to report a bug on zen cart v1.5.5e, I get a blank page in 'checkout' and in 'Log in', both pages return blanks. Hope it is compatible with v1.5.5e soon, many thanks!!

This template was designed for a much earlier version of Zen Cart and is also not a responsive template. Your switch back to responsive classic seems to have cured the problem.
