my memory issue is now solved. Noticed i was using version 4.4.1 and noted there was a 4.4.2 in the download which solved the issue

i have now upgraded to 4.0.7

i found that all the core changes for 4.0.2 and 4.0.7 were all the same and didn't need uploading, just upload the files in the files folder.
