When I installed zen cart it tells you to rename the admin folder.
for example i named mine XYZ.
I cannot remane YOUR_ADMIN to XYZ as they are in the same place

Also cannot rename the admin folder as it would be the same name as the OLD admin folder that is already there and you cannot have two folders with the same name in the same directory

just got fresh copy from numinix website and the YOUR_ADMIN file is still there ?

I did do a search for it but searched for readme.txt but it was actually a html file so the search did not pick it up.

Its because I searched and could not find I asked where it was, but...

No just install sql file and a few other folders.
But no instructions on where to upload via ftp.

presume you run the install file, but not knowing where to upload to makes it a little...

I have the individual items/weight to calculate the shipping costs and they add up just fine,
