In most cases items do not use weight (and they do not have it set really), but in a few cases the items are too heavy (and I can set them weight)...

May be you are right in most aspects, but not with counting how much files will be distributed. In my way, there will exactly the same number of files needed to upgrade as you distribute:

The bad was that I had set safe_mode on, and it must be OFF.

IH2 is generating same file size for all three levels (SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE).
