Got it to remove the weight in the actual product page. However, the weight still shows when the item is in the cart as well as when the Shipping Estimator is used.

Wow, now it really look odd. I took the default tpl_header.php and pasted that into my custom tpl_header.php and added back my flash. Now the size is off.
