Well that didn't help - it happened again. Orders before and after were ok.

They are all the same - says paypal free. [except for free products which are freecharger free. So no difference there with the orders that worked.

I am having an intermittent problem. I am using the latest zencart with all updates. the site is here.
The issue is that we got orders but no payment through paypal. We only use Payments standard....

Check the permissions on the downloadable file in your ftp. If it is not set correctly you will get that error.:smile: I had it happen to a customer.

I have had this happen several times only with one customer. After checking and checking it only happens when she pays through paypal with her credit card but does not login to her paypal account....

You also need to install the security patch for admin profiles. See post 865 on page 87. That should fix your problem.
